Members of the M100 Board


The M100 Sanssouci Colloquium is accompanied by a (mainly journalistic) advisory board. The members meet periodically and plan and discuss together the topics and participants of the M100 conferences. The advisory board acts also as jury for the M100 Media Award.


Chairmen of the board is the Lord Maayor of the State Capital Potsdam, Jann Jakobs.

Stefan Aust

Publisher Die WeltN24, Berlin


Born in 1946, shareholder of the news channel N24, longtime editor-in-chief of the news magazine Der Spiegel and founder and director of Spiegel TV. Since 2014 publisher of Die WeltN24.

From 1966 to 1969 editor of the magazine konkret.  From 1970 to 1985, Aust worked for Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), especially for the television magazine Panorama. Numerous TV documentaries. Screenplay of the movie “Stammheim” (1986), which won the Golden Bear. Author of numerous books, including the international bestseller "The Baader Meinhof Complex," which was adapted to film in 2008 by Bernd Eichinger and was nominated for an Oscar.
